freeimages.com - This is a really nice collection of free graphics. freeimages.com features all-original clipart, including backgrounds, buttons, icons, bars, and digital art.

Animation Library - Lots of free graphics, including arrows, bars & lines, bullets, cats & kittens, dogs, computers, counters, E-mail icons, smiling faces, "under construction" signs, the word "new," welcome signs, etc.

ImageMagick - Here's a free graphics service that lets you manipulate your images online. You may work with either graphics that are online or those that are on your hard drive. You can resize, rotate, sharpen, color reduce, or add special effects. It even works with Web T.V. !!!

A-1 Icon Archive - A comprehensive archive that serves up over 300,000 free graphic images. Includes icons, animations, backgrounds, balls, bars, lines, clip art.

Animation Factory - There's over 10,000 free, original 3D animated GIF files, all organized by category, at this one awesome site. These graphics are available for free for use on noncommercial Web pages.

FreeGraphics.com - Is a well-organized, searchable database of free graphics links. Graphics include buttons, bullets, control panels, bars, sets, backgrounds, animations, and more. All sites are rated and reviewed.

Arcadia Animations -This is a well-organized collection of free animated GIF images. Just select the category you want, and then you may view fast-loading thumbnail images of each graphic.

Andy's Free Buttons - devoted solely to graphic images called buttons.You'll find buttons suited for white backgrounds, buttons for black backgrounds and animated buttons here.

FreeFoto.Com - A great British resource, containing 3,000 free photo images from around the world. Photos here are categorized by nation and/or topic. Each photo is annotated and is in JPG format.

21FX - This regularly-updated site offers over 1,000 free cliparts for your Web site. There's a helpful search engine to help you find what you're looking for quickly. (note they require your e-mail address to log into the site)

Gifart - Click on the "Image Dome" button for a quality selection of several hundred free graphics at this site. GIF files here include buttons, icons, interfaces, side & tiled backgrounds, 3D animations, counter digits, bullets, bars and textures.

KitGraphics - Well-done resource that offers loads of free graphics, as well as tutorials on making your own.

The Graphics Zone - Good selection of graphics and clipart that you may use on your non-commercial site, provided you give them a linkback.
